2025 Year In Review
2025 Week 10 (Nebraska)
After last week’s trouble with my injured leg, I wasn’t quite sure what I would be doing this week. I was in Alliance, Nebraska most of the week from Sunday through Wednesday. And on Thursday had to find something as the Nebraska 6-man and 8-man playoffs were being played that night.

2024 Week 4 (Nebraska & Colorado)
I knew I would be in Nebraska for Friday night. But my Thursday and Saturday options were up in the air. Nebraska had a surprising number of available games to choose from for Thursday. But nothing on Saturday.
2023 Week 6 (Nebraska & Kansas)

2023 Week 5 (Nebraska)
So after being in Wyoming for nearly a week, it was time to leave. The only issue was where to see games that weekend. There were Friday games in Wyoming. But ony one full Thursday game. 2021 Year In Review
After an unimaginable 2020 season, this year was a bit more relaxed. Though rushed. With the previous season ending in June, there was little downtime before the 2021 season started. This affected my usual summer plans, as well as made the financial planning a bit more precarious. I wasn’t sure, in the summer, just how much I would or could do. But, I was intent on doing as much as possible. And though a lot was ‘old’, there was a lot of ‘new’ thrown in. Including my month long trip around the middle of the country. 2021 Week 8 (Upper Plains)

Week 15 (Maryland & New Jersey)
This was a difficult decision for me. For the first time in years I opted not to attend the Ohio state championships. Though the games were moved from Stark County to Columbus, it’s obvious that the travel wasn’t an issue for me. And neither was the cost. However, I wasn’t expecting the games to be worth the time and effort.
Midwest States (Week 13 & 14)
The past two weeks have been quite eventful for myself. After seeing 74 games through 13 weekends of high school football, I ramped it up a bit with 25 games in 10 days on a trip through the midwest. The trip started on Tuesday, November 18th and finished Sunday, November 30th. In between, were: 3,011 miles of highway; 11 states; 24 state championship games in 4 states; a Thanksgiving Day game in suburban St. Louis; and, a lot of fun.
