This was a very long trip. And it’s taken a while to have some free time to write about it. Weeks 1 and 2 were a 5,627 mile jaunt around the country.

To start the season, I was in Fargo. I didn’t want to be. But, it was easier than going home and then driving right back. My plans to start the season had included my daughter.
